There is a parking lot available in the house. The excellent public transportation will bring you to the city center in 10 - 15 minutes.

In the neighbourhood there are many grocery stores (even some with rather exotic ingredients) and Vienna’s longest street market. Nearby there are also several restaurants offering different cuisines – from traditional Austrian to Greek, Italian or Asian. 
The subway line U6 is about 7 minutes and the tram stop only 2 minutes away. They both operate very often and many of the famous sights can be reached easily.
