Local utilities (supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, etc.) are in the immediate vicinity. By bicycle, the old town can be reached in 15 minutes and on foot in 30 minutes. Salzburg Central Station is a 15-minute walk away. Perfect transport links with public transport: two O-bus lines (3 and 5).
In addition, it is only a few minutes' walk to find peace and quiet in the country, e.g. in Maria Plain, on Alterbach or on the Salzach.

Numerous restaurants and shops can be reached within walking distance. Bus lines 3 and 5 (bus stop in the immediate vicinity) take you to the historic city centre in just a few minutes. You can also cycle along numerous cycle paths or the river Salzach to reach the centre in about 10 minutes.
