The Fondachhof, where you will live, is located at the base of the Gaisberg, the local mountain of Salzburg in the Parsch district. Surrounded by a park and surrounded by villas, you are only a few minutes away from Salzburg city center. In the attic of the Fondachhof, under the antique beam construction of this venerable palace from the 11th century, a stylish apartment was created on 110 square meters. In the eventful history of the building, this was used as a boutique hotel, among other things from the 50s. The idea and the screenplays for the film "Sissi" were conceived and written down here.
