Infrastructure

On foot, you can reach the Thaliastraße with all shops for daily needs, gastronomy, medical care, and banks as well as schools and kindergartens in less than a minute. The Lorenz Bayer Park and Huberpark are just a few minutes walks away from our location.
The best thing, however, is that you can get to the center of Vienna in about 10-15 minutes, using public transport. There, the artificial development of Vienna is of course even more intense and amazing.

Public Transportation:
Tramlines 46 at Thaliastraße / Haberlgasse (Ring, Volkstheater - Joachimsthalerplatz) and tram lines 2 at Haberlgasse (Friedrich-Engels-Platz - Dornbach) stop just 200 meters away.
The tram lines 9 station Johann-Nepomuk-Berger Platz (Wallrißstraße - Westbahnhof) and the tram line 44 station Johann-Nepomuk-Berger Platz (Schottentor - Maroltingergasse) can be reached with a 5-minute walk. Tramlines 2 and 46 or on foot (800m, about 10 minutes on foot) also quickly take you to the underground lines U6 at Josefstädter Straße (Siebenhirten - Floridsdorf).

We’re so glad you are visiting us in this beautiful part of Vienna, Ottakring.

As Superhosts, we aim to make your stay as happy as it can possibly be! Our mission is to offer our guests a comfortable, safe, delicious and affordable place to stay in our cozy home.

Just a few house rules to remember during your stay:

- According to the property house rules, it is necessary to observe a rest period from 10 p.m.
- Slippers are available in the apartment, so please take off your shoes in the apartment.
- Smoking in the apartment is not allowed (otherwise € 200 fee), feel free to step outside and into the front of the building.
- Please respect our check-out time of 10am, as we may be working from home or have plans. We often have to prepare for our next guests. Please coordinate the check-in exactly and plan for delays.
- Check-out independently: leave the key in the apartment and close the door firmly.
- Fill in the guest form / registration form (legal requirement)
- Access to the apartment only for booked guests - no "friends" (unless otherwise agreed).
- No pets allowed; Assistants only after prior agreement (additional cleaning fee for guests with assistants at least € 180)
- If you have forgotten your shampoo or body wash, we have a shelf in the shower (bottom shelf at the back) that has products for our guests to use. If you find you may need anything else, please don’t hesitate to ask!
- When you are ready to leave, was ask that don’t remake the bed. You are welcome to leave it unmade or strip off the sheets and pillowcases. That makes laundry time easier for us!
