I am a cute 50 m2 appartement in the heart of Vienna, close to "Naschmarkt" in the inner part of the 5th district.
Locktet on the Second Floor I am overlooking the quiet and Green innerhalb courtyard of the House, where you can't Even here a Police Sirene properly! I offer total quietness in the heart of the busy metropole.
I am fully and exclusively furnished. Starting with a modern kitchen with Steamer, Sonos Sound System in all rooms, Nespresso machine, TV, Wifi it does not end with a washer/dryer in the appartement.
The spacious living area boasts a 3m sofa that can be extended to sleep two, a dining area for 4 and a french balcony.
A modern boxspring doublebed and large windows can be found in the sleeping room, still, it can be totally darkened with electric blinds
I am completed by a walk-in wardrobe, a bathroom with BIG shower and a separate rest room.

Should you need a garage (Parking on the street is expensive in Vienna) a garage space 100 m from the house can be offered at € 110.- per month.

Public Transport is ideal. Busstops of 59 A (5 Stops from the Opera) and 13A (Cross Vienna) are 50 m from the entrance. Across the street you will find Cafe Standard for Breakfast and Pub KLEMO, one of Austria best Wine Bars. Restaurants, Pubs and bars can be found all around.
Groceryshops, drugstores, and a pharmacist are within 200 m, the BIO and Vagant Denns store is 250 m away. You can discover Vienna by bike (bike room in the house) on the extended bike-path network that starts in front of the door! Short, my location is top! But as my owner says, there are only three factors for a perfect appartement: Location, Location, Location!

House rules

Nice Sounds of people sitting with a Glass of wine (or two or three) are what I like, Parties however are not allowed! After all, my kitchen is made for great Cooking! As it is very quiet around me, this is how I like it. And After all: If you really want to Party, there are Many Great places around!
