Rules to the apartment:
Equipment you have for using:
➢ Dishwasher
➢ Frigde
➢ Coffemaschine
➢ Electric kettle
➢ Washing machine
➢ Blower (only in Top 36!)
➢ Cooking plate and oven
➢ 1 handtowel and bathtowel/Person (for using more towels I charge you 10 Euro for each extra)
➢ Iron, ironing board
...with the use of my apartemt please consider...:
➢ Take off your street shoes, especially when there are wet.
➢ Only for Top 42: Before leaving the apartment please get sure, that the door of toilett is closed. Otherwise it might be difficult to come into the apartment. The doors intersect.
➢ Please use the rollo blind carefully.
➢ You have 3 keys for the apartment. One key ist for the entrance of the house (small one), one is for the elevator and one (the black head) is fort he aparment.
➢ In the apartment can be accommodated only guests who are registered for accommodation. If there is a person in apartment who is not registrated (not includes persons who come to visit the guests), the guest is going to be charged extra for 30 % of the daily price for all the days in apartment.
➢ Guests are required to carry their valuables with them. I can not be a guarantee for them.
➢ No animals are allowed in apartments and rooms.
➢ Bei Verlust von Schlüsseln oder bei Beschädigung von Einrichtung oder Mibiliar ist dies UNBEDINGT bei mir zu melden!!!! Ich werde Ihnen dann die mir entstanden Kosten weiterverrechnet. Die Mitnahme von Sachen oder Einrichtung ist ausdrücklich VERBOTEN.
➢ The latest Check-OUT ist at 10 am! Occupation of apartments and rooms after 10 am (even 5 minutes) is going to be charged for next day rent at regular prices.
➢ For extension of stay, over the scheduled date, it is necessary to inquire about availability of the apartment. Inquiry has to be writen to me.
➢ It is not desirable to use stove and heater in apartments and rooms. Apartments and rooms are equipped with basic devices for hot during preparation, heating and cooling, so above mentioned devices won’t be necessary.
➢ It is not allowed to carry in apartments and rooms easily flammable and explosive liquids and objects, things with strong or unpleasant smell, and electric devices that you didn’t get approval from me (except computers and personal hygiene appliances).
➢ The guests are obligated to preserve the apartment inventory and installation. All damage made must be refunded. Damaged inventory, equipment and object will be charged.
➢ The guests are not allowed to move furniture and equipment in apartment or to touch electric or other installation without prior consultation and approval with me.
➢ It is not allowed destruction or taking out inventory from apartments. In case of lost or damage the key from apartment or room, guest is required to report me. All these costs will be charge to you.
➢ Guests are obligated to rationally use energy and water, according to their needs (turn off lights and other electrical consumers when not needed, close windows and doors in apartments or rooms when using air conditioner).
➢ It is forbidden to throw food and other debris in the sink, toilet and through window.
➢ Guests are forbidden to cause unpleasant noise and disturb public order and peace. This especially from 2 pm till 5 pm and 10pm till 8 am. In case of fire, flood or other emergency, guest are required to contact me immediately.
➢ When leaving apartment or room, guests are required to: close all windows, check if all water taps closed, turn off all electrical appliances in apartment, turn off all lights and lock the front door.
➢ It is allowed to have visitors in apartment or room, if house rules are respected. I am entitled to cancel reservation and usage of apartment or room if house rules are violated, and declare the guest as "the unwanted guest".
➢ In case of canceled reservation and usage of apartment because of violation of House rules, guest is required to pay the whole rent price, no mater of his shortened stay. There is bed linen and 2 towels for your using. Any other towels or bedlinen (which are in the cupboard) are charged with 10 Euros a piece.
➢ It is not allowed to take liquids, which are situated in the cupboard like diswshing liquid, laudnry detergent or any other stuff. This is not included in the price of the apartment.
Local tax:
Since 2017 unfortunately in Vienna exists the so called "Ortstaxe" which has to be paid by the visitors who are coming to Vienna. When you booked through booking com this charge is already included. Through all other websites you have to transfer this 3,2 % per night per person to he following account (I send you already an e-mail): IBAN: AT522026702000131173, BIC: WINSATWNXXX. Please get sure that you paid it!
Smoking:
Smoking is forbidden.
Cleaning:
Apartment is cleaned after your stay, and upon request can be cleaned during your stay with supplement of 50 Euros.
Wifi:
You will find the code on the receiver.
Parking:
For parking in Vienna you have to pay. More about this you will find at the following website: https://www.wien.gv.at/english/transportation/parking/parkvoucher.htm
For 15 Euro/day you also can rent a parking space 2 minutes from the apartment.
