The apartment is located in a very nice residential area, for example within walking distance of a market, well-stocked supermarkets and a pharmacy are nearby. In addition, the apartment is within walking distance of two underground stations (U4 Friedensbrücke and U6 Jägerstraße). It is close to the Augarten (for running, there are also playgrounds for children) and a short walk to Wallensteinplatz with its relaxed atmosphere. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that seats 4 people. Since there is a desk in every living room / bedroom, the apartment is also well suited for professional stays.

Both of those lines connect you directly to the city centre, as well as to the biggest hospital in Vienna ("AKH"). There are also stations of two tram lines around the corner, which connect you directly and in short distance to the train station "Praterstern" (this is where the "Prater" and the famous Big Wheel is located).
