I rent to non-touristy tenants who are looking for a longer-term accommodation or come to Salzburg for work or study. In the apartment you will find free Wlan. For your car you have your own, free parking next to the house. For long term renter is in the house also a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. The apartment is divided into a large, comfortable living room with a double bed (180X200), a cozy seating area and a dining area, in a bathroom with tub and a separate small kitchen. The double bed can be converted into two single beds. The old town and the festival center are only a 10-15 minute walk away. There is also a city bus stop, 150 meters from the house. Two stations and you are in the old town.
