In our five modern city apartments you will find perfect conditions for your visit to Innsbruck in a quiet and supercentral location. Situated directly on the Inn, amidst the picturesque scenery of the historic Mariahilf district, you can reach all the city's famous landmarks in just five minutes.
The Goldene Dachl, Imperial Hofburg and Maria-Theresien-Straße are only a few steps away, making cultural excursions into the heart of the Alps a pleasure.

Especially for long-term tenants, the spacious 75m² apartment Nordkette is an interesting residential option. The absolutely quiet apartment is on the third floor (without lift) and scores with a beautiful view towards Nordkette. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and has a bedroom with a king-size double bed and a sofa bed, a spacious living room with a comfortable couch, a bathroom with separate toilet, as well as a large corridor with storage room.

You do not have to be at home to feel at home. In our five apartments you will find everything that makes your stay as relaxed as possible: free bicycles are also available for our guests. There are also coffee (Nespresso), tea, spices, vinegar and oil for free removal. Also included are fresh towels, bathrobes, linens, soap and detergent, as well as the final cleaning upon completion of your trip. Our parking garage can be used at any time for a flat rate and on request we can also provide you with a baby bed.

The new Hungerburgbahn, designed by star architect Zaha Hadid, with connection to the Alpinarium "Nordkette" with its ski areas https://nordkette.com/de/ can be reached on foot in 7 minutes from the apartment.
From the apartment to the "Congress" station, a 5-minute walk and then take the gondola to the "Nordkette" ski area. About 20 minutes by bus to the "Patscherkofel" ski area.
You can take all trips with the ski bus and public transport - free of charge!
