Our “Wellhouse” is the perfect fit for people seeking peace and quiet, as well as adventurers and jet-setters alike. It’s for you, your family, and your friends! Stretching over four floors, this Salzburg townhouse has ample space to settle in and feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
This vacation home, with a view of the fortress of Salzburg, leaves nothing to be desired: two spacious, modern kitchens, four newly renovated bathrooms and restrooms, several flatscreen TVs, and so much more!
Ample room for everyone! Over 1000sqm of garden provide the kind of space needed to roam free without getting in each other’s way; wether you want to enjoy an outdoor breakfast in the sun, a barbecue with friends, or need a playground for the little ones – everyone has enough space! Our garden is also the ideal turf for your dogs to call their territory – your furry companions are welcome here, too. All in all, it’s a sight to behold, and your dream vacation for both young and old is about to begin.
Should you still feel the need to venture outside the comfort of your holiday home, this stylish townhouse is situated smack-dab in the middle of the city! Whether you want to take in the charming old-town flair, spend a family day at the zoo, or feel like hiking a mountain and exploring the outdoors, one thing’s for certain: it never gets boring in Salzburg! With only 10 minutes by foot to the city centre, fun children’s activities, culture and Salzburg’s fantastic cuisine are only a stone’s throw away. We’re happy to let you in on all the secrets on where to get the city’s best famous dessert Salzburger Nockerl, which bars guarantee the most fun and celebratory atmosphere, where to sip world-class wines, or where to go to enjoy some peace and tranquillity.
We are happy to make a reservation for you for a stay at the Wellhouse – a hip and stylish space situated in the very central yet exclusive neighbourhood Nonntal in Salzburg, boasting over 500sqm of living area and 1000 sqm of green. You can be sure that your spacious holiday home with its fortress-views, decorated with a fine eye for detail, will be the envy of many city dwellers.
Starting at €500/night for the Wellhouse, the pricing varies depending on season, but always includes linen, taxes, and local tax. An additional final cleaning fee of €350 will be charged.
You will be greeted with a fresh bundt cake based on Grandfather’s recipe, as well as a bottle of chilled prosecco. Let the holiday begin!
The first floor can be reached via a staircase where you will find the main living area with an open-space kitchen, a large dining room table and comfortable lounge area, including a big flatscreen TV, which lends itself to listening music and simply relaxing and enjoying one another’s company. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee- and tea maker, an electric stove and oven, and so much more.
From this area you can get to the ground floor via a spiral staircase, which leads to the white bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and WC, as well as the white lounge area with its own TV – an ideal spot to retreat to and relax, with its own direct access to the garden.
The second floor hosts the master bedroom – a large, light-filled bedroom with a comfortable couch to withdraw to and relax. On this floor you will also find two more bedrooms, a bathroom, a restroom, as well as a charming little balcony.
On the third floor there is another kitchen that we thought might come in handy, in case you want to get in your morning coffee without having to go very far. In addition to another two bedrooms, there is a small elegant dining area, as well as a comfortable living room with a flatscreen TV. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, as well as WC. Another small balcony lends itself nicely to breakfasts in the sun with a stunning view of the fortress of Salzburg.
All in all, the Wellhouse provides ample space for family and friends with its 6-7 bedrooms, and two small city balconies. Four bathrooms, with either bathtub and/or shower, offer a place for romance and relaxation. The fact that the house has four WCs also means that everyone has enough room for privacy and a bit of peace.
No matter how many children come to visit, there is always something for them to do! All our homes are equipped with board games for all age-groups. From our spacious garden with its playground, to reading nooks, craft tables, dolls, rocking horses and Carrera©-racetracks, your little mischief-makers can have their pick!
Upon your arrival everything is already carefully prepared for your stay: the beds have fresh sheets on, and table linen as well as towels have been put out for you.
Our villa is situated in a beautiful part of town, surrounded by lush greens that invite you to go on walks and hikes, and fully relax and unwind on your holiday!
The next golf course is only a 10-minute-drive, and famous courses like the ones in Fuschl, Eugendorf, Schladming, and Radstadt are all within a 30-km radius. Of course, there are also many other possibilities for trips and excursions that are only a short drive away.
Furthermore, various popular and well-known ski resorts are close-by. If you click the tab “winter” on our website, you will find all necessary information regarding skiing, as well as our chalets, in and around Salzburg. In summer this home provides the ideal starting point for hikes, bicycle rides and trips to the pools and lakes in the area. In case you would like to do some fishing, we will happily organise fishing licences for fishing areas nearby, with the nearest reservoir being only 10 minutes away.
You will also find that several of Austria’s well-known lakes, like Wolfangsee, Fuschlsee, Mondsee, Attersee, as well as the smaller Wallersee, are all within a 30-minute radius from your holiday home, each offering various water sport activities. If you want to play a game of tennis, we are also happy to make a reservation for a tennis court in the close-by area.
Whether you are an avid art or culture lover, love sports, or are interested in health and wellness, you have come to the right spot. The county of Salzburg is the ideal place to rest and recuperate, and recharge your batteries.
