Tasteful and spacious apartment in an historic buildung with modern equipment

The apartment is located in a typical Viennese middle class area (ie, not too touristy). In the house live, for example, young families, students, seniors, and working people with different professions. In the ground floor there are also companies.

The house and the street itself is quiet. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The Main Railway Station (=Westbahnhof) is 15 min. within walking distance.

If you like to take a bath in the crowds or if you're just up for a good shopping experience, then go for the busy shopping street 'Mariahilferstrasse' (10 min walk.): a lot of different shops and stores wait there for you. But also in the side streets – away from the main stream – you can find some real good shopping treats.
Public transport (ie the subway U3, U4 and U6) are very close, which will take you to all the major sights (unless you prefer to walk).
Even the 'Naschmarkt' (=popular culinary market in Vienna) is not far off from the apartment: best stroll through, taste the different food or buy the fresh ingredients and cook in the modern kitchen of the apartment even your favorite dish.

That leads me to describe the apartment: high ceilings, soothing natural light, tasteful and modern furnishings, but also the elements of a typical historical Viennese building are found. When you enter the apartment, you will feel immediately at ease.

My enthusiasm comes from my own experience. When I do not offer the apartment for rent, I use it for me and my family. And we feel totally fine there.
