This newly refurbished, air-conditioned city-apartment offers modern comfort within Salzburg city centre. It is located within easy access to the motorway, airport and railway station.

Located perfectly on the edge of the old town - the city center (1 km), Mirabell Gardens (1 km), shops and the train station (0.5 km) are all in easy walking distance. A lovely park and the local recreation area of Kapuzinerberg are close by (50 m). The local bus stop is just 50 meters from the apartment and provides a service to the airport.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a modern building with a lift and underground car park. It has a large, open-plan kitchen and living room area. The fully equipped kitchen has a generous breakfast bar and in the living room is a dining table, a comfortable sofa bed and Smart-TV. There is also a south-facing balcony for that glass of wine on a summer evening. The extra bedroom with a king size bed has plenty of storage and the neat bathroom has a bathtub with shower.

The apartment Bayerhamerstrasse is fully equipped with everything necessary for a convenient stay in Salzburg. From a hairdryer and ironing board to towels and bedding - you will find everything you need to feel right at home. High-speed Internet is of course also included and can be used straight away. The apartment has air-conditioning and celling fans.

All shops and Restaurants for daily use are easily reachable on foot. There are several supermarkets nearby and the next pharmacy is only a 5 minutes walk away.

The main train station is a 10min walk from the apartment and there you can find the only Supermärkte in Salzburg open 7 days a week until 11 pm.

In Schallmoos and the Andräviertel you can find many nice restaurants, pubs and Cafés - also local places away from the tourists. The old city centre with all its sights is a 15min walk from the flat.

If you don't fancy a walk, the next local bus stop is just 50m from your doorstep and bus no. 2 brings you to the city centre, the train station and even the airport.
