The stylish apartment of antique and modern elements was completely renovated in 2013. The large double doors and high ceilings give the home a special historical charm.

There are six separate rooms ( all of which are lockable ) which are let as single rooms, double rooms, triple or even as four-bed rooms . In the apartment there are 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms with bath and 1 shower. In addition, the apartment can also be separated into two parties.

The apartment is located in the 20th district ( Brigittenau ) and is located close to the center . The rooms are between 10 m² and 20 m² in size and a total of space for 10-15 people.

The spacious kitchen is available for our guests of course available as well as the small balcony with direct views of the Augarten.

The apartment is suitable for individual travelers as well as couples with children or couples traveling together. Larger groups can be accommodated on request also in different apartments (in the same house).

Of course is throughout the apartment free Internet access via Wi-Fi available.

The entrance from the Augarten is located in front of the house and offers a quiet place to walk and relax. In the park there for the children's playgrounds and a children's pool. In the immediate vicinity are shops for daily needs, restaurants as well as bakeries, coffee shops, doctors and pharmacies.

The city center can be reached by walking through the Augarten, or by public transport. The U4 station "Friedensbrücke" is located in the immediate vicinity. The stop "Gaußplatz / Klosterneuburger Straße" tram lines 2 and 31 and "Wallensteinplatz" tram lines 5 and 33, can be reached in a few minutes. There are also bus lines directly under the house, which regularly lead to downtown.
