The apartment is located on the 4th floor in a quiet inner courtyard and is therefore very bright and offers a fantastic view over the rooftops of Salzburg. The apartment is approx. 52 m2 in size and has been recently renovated by the owners using hand-picked materials. It offers high-tech smarthome technology as well as all the other comforts that a short-term tenant needs. The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. In the living room a dining table and a sofa are part of the comfortable equipment. WLAN/WIFI is available free of charge. The kitchen is completely furnished. The tiled bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine.

The infrastructure leaves nothing to be desired. For example, you can go running along the Salzach in the morning and experience Salzburg from a side you would never have dreamed of. In addition, you will find everything else within walking distance: supermarket, shopping centre, cinema, restaurants and pubs, bars, nightlife, old town, Mirabell Castle, fortress, Mozart's birthplace and residence, Salzach, train station, bus, S-Bahn, trade fair, airport, state hospital, university hospital, doctors, Paracelsus Kurhaus, hotels, student accommodation, schools, municipal authorities, etc. Public transport connections are also available in the immediate vicinity. Both the trolley bus and the train connection are available.

House rules

The beautiful roof terrace is intended for common use. It goes without saying, therefore, that a considerate and respectful mutual interaction is a prerequisite.
Since the apartment has a specially oiled floor, which is especially suitable for allergy sufferers, it should not be entered with street shoes. Shoes can be parked in front of the door.
Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the apartment. A particularly breathable and healthy clay/lime plaster has been used on the walls. This would otherwise absorb the smoke.
Parties are not allowed in the house and even less so in the apartment.

Further information

The apartment is particularly suitable for allergy sufferers, as the active and filtered ventilation of the living space, the specially oiled wooden floor and the loam-lime plaster create a particularly healthy climate for living.

The apartment will be handed over to you by our good fairy on arrival. You can discuss with her how regularly you would like to have a maintenance cleaning. The price includes cleaning every two weeks. Towels as well as bed linen will be provided and changed regularly.

In the apartment you will receive EDUROAM, which should be of particular interest to professors and other lecturers at the nearby university.
