Your temporary home. The fact that you feel as at home with us is not just empty words! In the lovingly decorated townhouse you can relax after a strenuous day. The Townhouse is perfect for groups of up to six people or for families.

The equipment combines luxury and practicality. Large windows provide plenty of light and airiness. Underfloor heating under the light oak parquet guarantees cosy warmth at frosty outside temperatures during the winter months.

On the ground floor there is an anteroom, an extra toilet and a living-dining area with kitchen. The exclusive kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic hob and a microwave. Thanks to the Nespresso coffee machine, a successful start to the day is guaranteed. In the living area you can spend the evening in a convivial atmosphere. A free internet connection is also available.

The two bathrooms on the upper floor each have a WC, a shower or bathtub, a washbasin and a large mirror. The master bedroom has a west-facing layout and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding nature. The two smaller bedrooms, each with a double bed, impress above all by the particularly high rooms with sloping ceilings.

The town house is situated in a prime location. Far off from the hectic traffic routes, however only 10 minutes by bus or car from the old town and highway exit Salzburg South.

In your own garden with terrace you can enjoy a few hours of sunshine thanks to its south-western location.

There are no TV programs like ORF, ZDF, PRO 7, .... NETFLIX is available for free.

The house is situated on the outskirts of Salzburg in an absolutely green and quiet location in a cul-de-sac and yet only approx. 10 minutes by bus or car from the old town.

The bus number 5 will take you directly to the city centre in about 10 minutes.
There is a carport right next to the house.
