A bathroom with a bathtub for ultimate relaxation, a separate toilet and last but not least an excellent view with access to the private 92 m² terrace. Good to know: A washing machine and a dryer are available for you in the immediate vicinity and since this apartment is located in an urban development area, it is possible that you might notice something of the construction site even in the well insulated rooms.
