Coming home! Our little „VILLA IDA“ offers you all to feel right at home …

The house is located in a calm green neighbourhood (view southward direction) in a big „sleeping beauty“ garden … a real oasis – not only for wildlife … in the west of Innsbruck.
In front of the house is the covered free car park (really useful in Innsbruck due to the parking fee) and after climbing some steps you will reach the entrance of the house (not disability adapted).

The house has two levels:
Ground floor: 1 anteroom (wardrobe), 1 toilet (sink), 1 bedroom (new double bed)
First floor: 1 (ante)room (small couch and another small fridge), 1 fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, small dishwasher, water boiler, cooker with baking oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, hand blender, mixer, grain mill ...) with possibility to take a breakfast, …, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (bathtub with shower screen, heated towel rail, washing machine, toilet – completely redone 2019) and 1 living room (big dining table, big sofa to chill, TV and CD-Player)
All windows and balcony doors are provided with insect screens and roller blinds.

At the balcony on the first floor (access from the kitchen or the living room) you can enjoy your candlelight dinner with a fantastic view to the mountains ... our totally private outdoor cinema.

The situation of the house offers a wide range of possibilities to walk and run, also it has a good access to public transport (520 m to the next tram station – 5 minutes to the city center) and the next supermarket, pharmacy, … are reached after a ten-minute walk.

You find all the advantages of a charming hood combined with a quick transport connection to the hub.

There is also a good access to public transport (520 m to the next tram station – approx. 7 minutes to the city center – along the Lohbach.

The next supermarket, pharmacy, … are also reached after a ten-minute walk.

The neighbourhood which is most of the time very calm consists of family houses with gardens. The situation of the house offers a wide range of possibilities e. g. simply to relax, to take an extended walk (Buzihütte, Kerschbuchhof, …) or to run.
There is also a good access to public transport (520 m to the next tram station – approx. 7 minutes to the city center – along the Lohbach where you can watch and hear ducks and gooses) and the next supermarket, pharmacy, … are also reached after a ten-minute walk.
The Campus Technik (with its 4 departments) is reached within 6 minutes by bike.
And if you want to go to the Olympia region Seefeld, the stop for the train is also accessible in about 10 minutes from our house.

You will easily get along with the neighbourhood.
If you want to go to town by public transport you leave our house by turning left and walk along the small stream called Lohbach to get to the bus / tram stop (direction into town on the right side – bus lines 2 and 5).
If you want to go to the next supermarket you have to turn left by crossing the neighbourhood (approx. 7 minutes by walk).

House rules

Night's rest / non-smoking house / animals

Since our house is in a pleasantly "quiet" neighborhood, we ask for some consideration for our neighbors.
Of course, barbecues or eating with friends on the balcony / in front of the house are not a problem at all, but we will probably not make friends by making extravagant parties until after midnight.
We are also completely non-smokers and appreciate smoke-free air inside our house. Please really respect this!
Furthermore, we are allergic to animal hair - that's why we don't accept animals.

All rooms in the house are at the guests' sole disposal.

There is a key garage for your check-in.

There is another house right from our house (seen from the street), but each house has its privacy. The staircase in the garden to reach the house is common.
