This quiet apartment was completely renovated in July 2017 and newly furnished. The location in Parsch is ideal for short-term tenants. By bicycle or public transport, the city center is within easy reach.

The cozy flat with balcony is located on the first floor. This has a small kitchenette and a very nice bathroom with glass shower. The short-term tenant leaves nothing to be desired. The double bed (1.40 width) offers the possibility to relax. Also for storage space was provided in the antechamber. The washing machine is on the ground floor of the house. So you will find everything compact on 30 m2 what you will need.

The infrastructure leaves nothing to be desired. A supermarket is nearby. Also a pharmacy or a flower trade are not far from the apartment. The O-Bus line 6 takes you to the city center within 15 minutes. Tenants arriving by car are free to park in front of the house. The recreational area Volksgarten can be reached in a few minutes. Well there just helps to rent and move in!
