The approximately 95 m² apartment is located in the center of Salzburg nearby the Linzergasse - all sights are within walking distance.
The apartment is on the 1st floor. Elevator is not available.
A Nespresso coffee machine with capsules is at your disposal.
Dishes are available - the kitchen is fully functional.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment - however, there is a small balcony where smoking is allowed.
Blinds are available for the night to darken.
Bed linen and towels are changed by me 1 x per stay.
Toilet paper, kitchen roll, soap, detergent are provided by me.
Water has the best drinking water quality.
A Spar market is about 50 meters away.
A pharmacy is about 40 meters away.
There are many restaurants nearby (Italian, Chinese, traditional gastronomy ...)
All rooms are freely accessible.
In the vestibule the necessary cleaning agents, vacuum cleaners, irons, ironing boards, etc. are stowed in the closet - may be used if necessary.
There is an American Dinner Bar in the house. Next door are numerous cafes for breakfast.
The Linzergasse is reached in one minute, the city bridge can be reached in 7 minutes and the city center (Dom, Getreidegasse ...) in 10 minutes.
Mirabell Castle can also be reached in 8 minutes on foot.

On arrival at the station, it is possible to use the O-Bus (line 2 to Mirabellplatz then line 4 to Hofwirt). The bus stop is about 60 meters from the house.
