The apartment is located near the botanical garden. Ideal starting point for hikes and sporting activities. Within a radius of only 30 minutes you can reach numerous ski areas in winter as well as beautiful swimming lakes and hiking areas with rustic huts in summer. In 10 minutes you can walk to the old town with the famous golden roof of Innsbruck. Not far from the apartment there is a bakery, a restaurant, pizzeria and two grocery stores.

Enjoy the mountain backdrop. Very quiet but central location. Park your car in the free underground car park. If you are arriving by public transport, the bus stop is 30m from the house.
