This apartment is brand-new and was built to the highest safety and comfort standards. Smoke and heat detectors connect to the sprinkler system. Triple pane windows and external sun blinds were installed for best noise and heat isolation. Doors and walls were made highly noise resistant for better comfort and privacy. The natural oak floor provides an exclusive atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped, the apartment has adjustable floor heating, air conditioning and a modern heat recovery system.

Rental includes access to the apartment, bike garages, the in house gym and the playground on the third floor. Sleepover visitors and pets should be agreed upon with us on a case by case basis in advance.
